My name is Kurt De Corte.
I have 30 years of business experience, 10 of them spent inside contact centre software companies and 20 running online businesses. I have been on both sides of this problem.
I have managed live systems for multiple contact centres in London. I have worked for one of the biggest call centre software companies in the world. I know how these tools actually work because I have deployed and managed them at scale, under pressure, with real customers and real consequences.
Contact Center Zone is built on that experience. Not on free trial signups. Not on vendor marketing. On 10 years of doing this for real.
Why I built this
The contact centre software industry is full of noise. Vendors make every product sound like a revolution. Review sites test free plans for two weeks and call it a verdict. Business owners trying to make a real decision are left drowning in sponsored content and generic comparisons.
That is a genuine gap. And I am the right person to fill it.
I have sat on the vendor side. I have sat on the business owner side. I have sat on the operations side. I have seen what the sales decks promise and what actually happens when you go live. I have managed the integrations, the escalations, the rollouts, and the failures. I know which features matter in practice and which ones look good in a demo and break in production.
Business owners and customer service managers deserve advice from someone who has been inside this industry and has run their own operation. That combination is not common in this space.
